Good experience. Mark stopped by, reviewed what we wanted to do, made several practical suggestions and gave us a reasonable quote for the work to be done. All completed in a timely fashion, work was done professionally and cleanly and Mark was a pleasure to work with.

Very easy, low stress project.
Mark did a walk around to assess the work to be done gave us a ballpark estimate (so many small projects that we decided on T&M ... note: actual invoice was very close to the original estimate).
The work was all done in a very timely manner and that's about it. Pretty easy project and that was mostly becasuse Mark is easy to work with.

He has done a variety of things over the years for us. He put in barn lights over our garage. He re-did a deck for us. All the time he has been prompt, reasonably priced and very responsive. He returns our calls, which is 90% of it. He is just finishing up a job with us this week.
