+ -1 moreGood experience. Mark stopped by, reviewed what we wanted to do, made several practical suggestions and gave us a reasonable quote for the work to be done. All completed in a timely fashion, work was done professionally and cleanly and Mark was a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: He did unfinished/exterior carpentry work, replaced rotted pine door trim boards with PVC, replaced water/mildew damaged shingles and pine board, repaired/placed window trim boards, removed/trimmed/replaced house and tool shed doors.

+ -1 moreVery easy, low stress project. Mark did a walk around to assess the work to be done gave us a ballpark estimate (so many small projects that we decided on T&M ... note: actual invoice was very close to the original estimate). The work was all done in a very timely manner and that's about it. Pretty easy project and that was mostly becasuse Mark is easy to work with.
Description of Work: Mark did a number of small proejcts for us ranging from very basic work like building a new workbench and fixing an exhaust vent in our laundry room, to installing a new vantity top in a bathroom, to helping design and build a new mantel for our Living Room fireplace (it looks fantastic and shows that Mark is a master craftsman too).

+ -1 moreHe has done a variety of things over the years for us. He put in barn lights over our garage. He re-did a deck for us. All the time he has been prompt, reasonably priced and very responsive. He returns our calls, which is 90% of it. He is just finishing up a job with us this week.
Description of Work: He is in the middle of putting in a second kitchin our home.
