The crew always does a great job on the normal maintenance. They are prompt and professional, and I've had a number of comments from friends and neighbors about how good the lawn looks. There have been a few instances when I wanted them to do a little extra something while at the house (weed wack a big patch of weeds entering the woods, or cut back some branches overhanging the swingset), and they've been very responsive without charging anything extra. In general, I've been very happy with their work and attention to my requests. For the stone steps, they needed to add some cement to keep the old stones from buckling as people continued to come and go from the house. While this took two attempts to get it perfect, they kept it within cost, and as soon as one of the stones started wobbling again, they were there to fix it in less than a day. The cement is also unnoticeable from the outside, which is great. It maintained the old New England feel blending in with the existing stone wall, but it's now much safer!
