Flynn Property Services

Flynn Property Services was recommended by Reeds Ferry Sheds, from whom we have purchased a 10x14 shed. Jeff Rider responded quickly to my inquiry, came out and provided a quote for the service. We then scheduled the work which was done today. Jeff and his crew arrived on time (a few minutes early, actually) and got right to work. They first had to remove the top layer of soil from an uneven area that was three feet bigger than the shed in each direction. Because the ground sloped, they dug down further and installed several courses of pressure-treated timber and then filled it with crushed stone - two dump-trucks worth! An extra layer of timbers was added to keep soil from migrating. The stone was tamped down several times with a power tamper. The timbers were anchored in the soil with rebar. Jeff made sure that the end result looked good, was level and stable. All along he was courteous and professional, and cleaned up completely. I'd be happy to use Flynn in the future. The price paid was reasonable for the materials and labor (they were here for more than six hours.)
