Real Estate Auctions, Garbage Collection
The owner is a pleasant man with a no nonsense style, here, in Groton. What I was told proved to be true. He is very knowledgeable and he's been doing this sort of thing for decades. The house and barn were evaluated during the property tour. By the end of the process, I realized I wouldn't be paying them, they would be paying me. A few items did have some value, after all. I am pleased and relieved. Thanks, guys!
