This was my first experience with them, and I feel that they ripped me off. After the initial call, the other two callbacks were just that, callbacks. All three times, it was for a malfunctioning furnace and no heat. They rationalized the third callback as a separate call for no heat, and they finally fixed it, but they're billing me and now they've added a $25 collection charge with interest.
