They did an excellent job, very professional, they job was on time and on budget.

The installation went fine. I didn't notice the major issue until winter. Apparently their "professional" plumber tied the cold water supply to the same pipe as my outside faucet, so that when I shut if off for the winter the shower wouldn't work. To make matters worse, all the plumbing is now concealed behind brand new drywall. When I contacted the owner about the problem, he said he could have the plumber come take a look at it. I told him there's nothing to look at since it's all concealed now and I didn't want his "professional" plumber to set foot in my house again. I suggested a partial refund since I now have to cut an access panel in the wall to access the shutoff to the outside faucet. His response was "...you're on your own." His plumber makes an amateur mistake and he wants to send the same clown out again to look at the finished wall???!!! So, yeah, I'm on my own, which is better than dealing with incompetents. I was just looking for a little compensation for my trouble and a hole in the wall. I guess that was too much to ask.

The day Bob came to the house, the same day I called for an estimate, the tiles on the ceiling above the bathtub had fallen down. Before I agreed to do any work with him, Bob took the time to make sure everything was down so nothing would fall on my head when showering, for no charge. True, this action made me go with Bob over Bath Fitter, and both were about the same price. The young man who did the work was extremely pleasant. The work was done in one day, as promised, and included the plumber coming in also. Scott, the installer (I think) did an excellent job, was very professional, courteous, and cleaned everything up, neat as a pin! I would highly recommend this company and their workers.

Oberall everything from sales to completion of the job was on time and done to perfection.
