We called them after a smaller company had come out and had not fixed the problem. I had an average experience with them. Their responsiveness was good. They came when I asked them to.

They checked my house. The person who came out really went the distance to check the crawlspace with me. They were strong on the bait system. They said they could do the solution but in the north they usually use the bait system.

We have used them for 2 or 3 years. I do not have any bug problems. The service technician does a great job.

I had them on a monthly contract. My tenant had a baby. So, for the baby's sake, I used this company to keep the mice away. Since my tenant has moved out, I have not used them. I could also call them if there was an issue; I think it was included in the contract. The contract was for three years. They had automatically renewed the contract. I will use them again in the future if required. When I terminated the contract, I mentioned to them that I would make sure the buyer of my house is aware that they do nice service.

They just come out and make sure that we don't have mice. We will use them again every month. They are awesome.
