Brendan was there right after being called when the tree fell. He was very reasonably priced, pleasant to work with and very detail orientated on how the property looked after he completed the work. As much time was spent raking and cleaning as trimming the trees.
I will hire Brendan for any and all future tree services I need. I will also recommend him to anyone who needs tree service done.
Brandon O'Neill, the owner, showed up on the day he said he would, along with a helper, to remove the oak tree. Brandon brought a bucket truck, branch shredder, and other machinery/tools, like he said he would, and took down the huge oak tree in one day, working almost non-stop. Brandon was extremely professional, and he did not take shortcuts. He cut and lowered each piece of my tree gently downto the ground so that there were no indentations in my lawn. When he cut the bottom base of the tree, he did it in such a way that, again, there was no damage to my lawn. Brandon and his worker then cleaned up my yard beautifully and there was absolutely nothing left behind when they left (no leaves, no twigs, no sawdust, nothing). My lawn looked better afterwards.
The owner, Brandon O'Neill, and his helper did an excellent job. I cannot say enough nice things about Brandon. He is very honest, professional, polite, educated (with a related degree at UMass), and responsive. Brandon did exactly what he said he would and when he would. After the tree was taken down, there was absolutely no damage to anything. My house was perfect, the electric wires were untouched, and my yard looked better than it was before Brandon showed up. Brandon and his worker spent about an hour cleaning up after themselves - raking, raking and more raking to make sure that they got all leaves, twigs, etc. cleaned up. It was an extremely professional job.
Shortly afterwards, a local school, who saw Brandon working at my house, also hired him to take down a tree for them.
Prior to Brandon taking down the oak tree at my house, I was previously renting in Greenfield, and had witnessed Brandon trimming a cherry tree in front of my apartment. Again, he did an excellent, professional job, that's why I contacted him and requested a quote for him to take down the oak tree at my new home. The trimming of the cherry tree was outstanding. Brandon knew what he was doing. At that time, I did not know about Brandon's related education. I just knew that he knew what he was knowledgeable.
