These people were friendly but one thing after another happened. The a/c system turns out to be underpowered: a/c doesn't reach the upper floor. The problem may be too little insulation in the roof, but they needed to figure that out before they finished. Lots of furnace repairs were necessary; one took five trips. Snow was blocking an intake pipe: why wouldn't they check for that? We spent a lot of very cold nights without heat. We're going to find another company to find out how to heat and cool this old house right.

They installed the furnace in 2009 and it cost $9000. The job that they did was great. They are very thorough and very nice to work with. I would recommend them to others and would continue to use them in the future.

The main problem I had is that they quoted me a price over teh phone but when I got the bill it was almost double that amount. When I called, the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. Luckily, I was able to handle it by other means and the issue was resolved.

They did take care of things, but they always sent out somebody new. I had a contract with them, but I did not renew it because I thought it was expensive.

They rarely send out the same person and they seem quite expensive to me. Sometimes it goes fine, and other times they have to come back and fix things multiple times. I have continued using them because they are one of the only companies in my area that service geothermal units. I would like to have another company to come out so I could get another opinion.
