We have been in business Since 1946 and specialize in all aspects of residential and light commercial construction. This includes everything from additions to remodeling. Our goal is to provide our clients with a strong responsive construction team that knows how to work together to get the job done correctly, on time,within budget and with pride. All portions of all of the projects went extremely well. The company principal was on site for the major portions of each project to either participate in the work himself or manage his crew or his subcontractors. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the level of professionalism exhibited. All projects started as agreed and finished on time. All projects were on budget.
Description of Work: Over the course of the last 3 years Cooke and Jones built a 3 car garage (30' by 44') for us, installed new vinyl siding and new aluminum wrapped window trim on 3 sides of our house, reroofed the main house with standing seam metal roofing, renovated a master bathroom and installed a ceiling fan in the 2 story great room of our post and beam home.

The are excellent. They did a great job. Their price was fair. They came on time and they did what they were supposed to. They cleaned up really well. They are good to work with.
Description of Work: I used Cooke and Jones Inc to clean, re-tile and install the vanity in the bathroom.

They were excellent. It is working just fine, considering we have had a tremendous amount of rain, it is great. It was probably a couple of thousand dollars. They did a great job.
Description of Work: We used Cooke & Jones Inc. during the summer and they did some regarding property around the house and completely stopped some water leaks that we had that were pretty significant.
