MetroShed

The shed leaked from top to bottom. They said that because we signed off, they have no responsibility. We assumed that what we signed was the delivery invoice. They advertise that anyone can put it up themselves in 3 hours. We hired a professional builder who used an assistant and it still took them 3 days. He had problems when he was trying to put it together and he cautioned us that it wasn?t going to work and he would not recommend using it. We decided to go ahead with it, and have regretted it ever since. MetroShed sent someone that was local to look at it, and he was here for several hours. He was unable to fix the leaks. We have hired another person to extend the roof to try and rectify the problems that way, and nothing has worked. He sent us a liquid sealant that he said would help the leaks, but none of the people that we have had look at it thought that it would do any good. It is a poor design and it doesn?t hold together correctly. We know that we aren?t the only customers who have had problems, because he mixed up invoices and we got one from a woman in Cape Cod who has also had the same problems and have not been able to get MetroShed to do the right thing for her either.
