The work was not fully completed, what was done was not done on time, the licensed electrician was not present during many of the hours the apprentice was working, however I was billed for his time in equal measure.
In addition to not completing the work, he billed me at $6800 instead of the quoted $2000-$2500, bullied me (a woman) and withheld the Occupancy Permit to my store.
The most unprofessional contractor I've ever worked with. There are problems here...
Do not hire Rob Clausen unless you want to get thoroughly ripped off.

"This person has lied under oath, makes up stories about what really took place and tried to slander my reputation but it did not work. I filed a small claims for $3500. Her lawyers counter attacked with 16 pages of slanderous and hurtful documents to possibly scare me away and it didn't stop there, they kept it up for many months. To make a long story short she lost and wound up paying her law firm I would guess $12,000. fighting. I always treated her kindly, gave her my time and she figured me for a push over. She advertises to have a 100% wind powered business when in fact there are no wind turbines in our town! I have been in business here the Berkshires for 35 years and have never had a lawsuit brought against me or my business. Just beware that she doesn't mind spending money on lawyers and trying to make life miserable for working people. Thank you for reading my response."
