The owner came in a timely fashion to give an estimate and they came immediately after the excavator to do the cement work. They did a good job on the foundatioin...however, after a number of calls to him about pouring the floor I ended up having to start my addition without a concrete floor , because he never called or showed to do the job before my carpenter showed up to start.
