I contacted Mark because our 3-year old fridge was leaking a fairly large puddle about once a week. All efforts to fix it ourselves didn't work. Mark answered the phone on the first call and we arranged an appointment. He showed up exactly on time, found the problem immediately and told me he would have to order a part. (The visit would've cost around $100 if the fridge didn't need a new part.) He returned, installed the part, and the leak is gone. 
Mark, a former Maytag repairman, is a cheeful, efficient person. His price is much less than the $300 warranty Maytag offered after much back and forth. Plus I would've had to pay for a visit anyway. I can't believe a three-year old fridge would leak in the first place., so I'd better put Mark on speed dial!

Mark was right on time and did a fantastic job removing the old microwave, and installing the new one over the stove in my kitchen. He worked very efficiently and I was very pleased with the whole operation (which he completed within 1 hour).  He also took the old unit for recycling, as well as the box and packaging that the new microwave came in.  
Mark was very pleasant and I would definitely use him again in the future.  I may have a new dishwasher that needs installation soon.

He is very professional, neat, on time(or he will call), and HONEST! I have purchased appliances from him and he always

does the repairs/maintenance on them. His prices have gone up due to fuel costs I assume, so always get an estimate from

him. He does the work himself and knows his stuff......so no employees to check on ..........which means he is busy all the

time.........so be patient.....and he will tell you up front unless you have an emergency repair needed.

We have used Mark so many times over the years I can't count them! He has come to the house for washing machine and dryer repairs mainly. He is very prompt and courteous and very personable. Highly recommended by my wife and I.

Mark answered my call promptly. He arrived on time, told me what he thought was wrong with my washing machine and gave me an estimate. When the part came in it was installed within days. I had never used this company before but would not hesitate to call him again.

It went extremely well, there is really nothing more to say. He showed up, repaired the dryer, left and the cost was reasonable.
