The 2 Ivan's were great. They showed up ready to work and were considerate for keeping our house clean when removing trash from our attic. When picking up trash from the backyard they made sure to clean up the leaves after themselves. I strongly recommend them if your looking for help. I through out my back the week before and after speaking to my wife they made sure I did nothing to help. Great guys!

For some time I have been looking for someone to help me clear out my backyard and basement. At one point, I even tried to rent a dumpster only to be told a few days later that there was a computer glitch and there were no dumpsters available any time soon. Then I found Ivan and his team from W&I Maintenance and Lawn who in récord time, removed everything a from a wooden fence, sofa, to yard waste and more. They were polite, on time, efficient, and worked with me to get what I needed done at a reasonable price. I will certainly be calling them again soon! You canâ t go wrong with these guys.
