My dog was happy to be there and was wella treated.

We board our dog there anytime we have to travel and always feel that he will be well card for. Our dog always enjoys going there and especially likes playtime with the other dogs.

We found that most interactions with staff in the front desk were less than pleasant, but we continued bringing our dogs in the hopes that things would improve over time. We asked several times in the fall that our dog not be allowed to chew on acorns in their outdoor area (as they are both poisonous and cause a potential blockage issue in the digestive tract for dogs) and he was allowed to continue eating them (he threw up 14 acorns one night after daycare - subsequently we never brought our dogs back). Boarding is overpriced for this area as well (we relocated from Boston where we paid the same amount but for better service, hours, flexibility and experience).
The only positive was that the owners are insistent on animals being up-to-date on vaccinations prior to being allowed in the facility.

Daycare - Gibson does an outstanding job vetting dogs and providing supervision. Unlike other daycare centers, there are no naughty dogs tolerated. The employees are all friendly and happy to talk about your dog individually.
Grooming - My mastiff LOVED getting groomed at Gibson (and believe me, a mastiff wasn't going to get groomed unless he wanted to). They also did a great job with my Airedale, lab, and little hound dog.
Boarding - My dogs have all done well boarding at Gibson. The owners live on the property which goes a long way to easing my mind about anything that might go wrong. Gibson offers extra services during boarding such as socialization sessions and administration of medicine. Great indoor / outdoor runs.
Their retail store is well stocked.

In May of 2012 I found myself needing to board my dog during the day while I went to work. She was almost six years old and had spent her entire life home during the day with a family member. The staff at Gibson's helped her socialize with other dogs. The gave her special attention when she had medical issues. She is my baby and I wanted to make sure she was happy during the day. When I drop her off in the morning she can't way to get to doggie daycare. She is a hunting dog with lots of energy and gets lots of exercise during the day. Over a year later I couldn't be happier with the choice I made to board her at Gibson's during the day.

Service was excellent. The ending result was great, Nana looked gorgeous!

We are very happy with the entire experience at Gibson Kennels. Our realtor suggested them when we started looking in the area for a new home. We relocated from Western New York in September, and my first concern was for Jack. They gave us a tour of the entire facility and explained how they operate the first time we and quot;poppedand quot; in with our realtor.
Having him from puppyhood, I am quite fastidious about his grooming. I generally schedule his appointments every 4 weeks, and we have been very pleased with everything that Gibson offers. They are very professional in their approach to our needs, and Jack's! I like that they require updated vaccinations, and are diligent about all their guests being safe. They make it very easy to schedule and keep appointments with dedicated drop off and pick up times. Bichons are very different from other dogs in their grooming needs, and I am extremely happy with our results. The last time I was there to pick him up, the owner even got down on the floor with Jack, and gave him a big hug and a kiss. Now that is an animal lover!

They were clean and professional but a little more expensive than the kennel I presently use. It is a large facility and my dog did not enjoy it; they did not give the same personalized attention that my current kennel gives. It did not suit my dog's temperament so I will not use them again in the future.

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like. They are very clean. The people seemed very nice and the facility is beautiful. They seemed to be about the same as everybody else in terms of price. If they were too much, I probably would not have used them. I think they were pretty much average. They may have been a little bit more but it's a beautiful facility out in the country. I think you may not get the personal one on one like how you get from another place because it's a smaller facility. Gibson Kennels is much larger. I have no complaints and I thought they were very good. I will use their services again in the future.

They are good. They do grooming and brooding too and they are excellent. They are into holistic, more of the all-natural type, baths and foods. They have a store with a nice offering of toys and food and leashes and stuff. Their customer service is very good and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am very pleased with their service and what they do.

Our dog loves the Gibson staff so much that she waits by our door on the mornings that have the "daycare" routine. They evaluate each dog before accepting him/her for a daycare slot and I have never seen any of the dog friends show inappropriate behavior. I've watched quietly from outside the yard and seen loving interaction from the staff and feel like they really care about my dog. Their website has extensive information and pictures of the facility, their pricing and policies. They are wonderful to deal with.
