This is the second time I have used Joe Gandolfo and the second time I am totally satisfied with his service.    I cannot think of anyone that could be any better.   He responds immediately to my calls, is totally professional in his demeanor and is so pleasant to deal with.    I had an electrical problem at a rental unit I have in Worcester.   I called Joe up and he immediately called me back and said he could be there in two days  ( it was not an emergency)   He came today and fixed the problem and told me the issues.   His prices are more then reasonable.   I had expected a larger bill then what he gave me.

I would recommend his services to anyone who needs a reputable, competent and totally professional electrician.  I wish everyone was as pleasant a person to deal with as Joe is.

I called Joseph Gandolfo and he called back right away.  I told him that I lived far from the house in question and could only get there on a intermittent basis.  Mr. Gandolfo communicated with the power company, building inspector and myself.  He was able to reattach the original cable to the house which meant I did not have to pay for a new cable.  Everything looked very neat.  The work cost $165.00.  There was also a charge of $75.00 for pulling a building permit.    All our interaction took place on the telephone and I found him to be reliable and accessible, fair and honest.

A blown-in insulation project in my home was postponed due to the crew and building inspector finding old knob and tube wiring.
I called Joe based on an Angie's List review and because he was close to my home. He was very prompt and professional when I called him and came to take a look at the project. He estimated it would take him about one day to complete the job.
If you know anything about old houses and repairing them, you'll know that simple jobs often turn into more than you expect.
We found more old wiring in the house than first though and Joe had no problem taking on the extra work.
He and his son were always on time, always had a great sense of humor, very tidy and again very professional.
I would not hesitate in calling on him again.

The breaker to my pool heater wasn't working. Joe came out the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend (with very little notice) and fixed it in no time flat. He didn't even charge me a full service charge because it took so little time. Friendly, honest, punctual, knowledgeable. What else could you ask for? Highly recommend.

We had an old wooden lamp post at the end of our walkway that had rotted and fallen over. We had purchased a post and lamp at Lowe's but needed someone to do the removal and installation. I spoke with Joe over the phone, he told me his rate and that this was a project he could complete in an hour or so. He showed up for the appointment on time, got right to work, and did a great job replacing and installing the new post and lamp. He even went so far as to place a tarp on the ground to place dirt on as he dug out the post hole some so as not to make a mess of the lawn, and what dirt remained he disposed of in the woods rather than leaving the mess behind. It did take him just an hour, with $10 added to the cost for some wiring and materials he used. I would certainly call again for any electrical needs we may have.

I left a message for Joe about needing help with my generator hook-up. Joe got back to me right away - same afternoon. This was the day after Irene sauntered by. Within the hour he was at my place, helped me with a smile on his face all through. Responsive, punctual, professional and good value for the money.

They are extremely friendly. The gentleman showed up with his son, stuck to their estimate, and worked through everything. They didn't come with everything they needed so they had to take trips to home depot twice.

Joe showed up right on time and worked diligently throughout the day to complete the work. Joe confirmed the locations of the lights, outlets and light switches before staring the work. As he completed each phase of the project he walked me through what he had done to make certain I was satisfied before moving on to the next phase. Joe cleaned up thoroughly when finished. His professionalism and concern for quality is truly refreshing.

I had a wonderful experience with Joseph Gandolfo the owner. He returned my call within the hour and was at my rental property soon thereafter. He contacted my tenant, set up the appointment with her and did the job within a span of two - three hours from the time I initially contacted him. He called me immediately after he completed the job and explained in detail what the problem was and the services he rendered to correct the situation.
