garbage collection
 + -1 moreHe did not keep his appointment and I had to call him. He said he "forgot" that he had made the appointment. He came alone ... so I had to help load the furniture! He did not remove or cover his shoes. My clean floors were a mess of dirt and snow. Terrible job.
