office staff is extremely rude, especially when you tell them they made a mistake. what happened to the customer is always correct? they have no idea what that means. don,t ever expect an apology from them, it would be a cold day in h*** !
on the service side of the company , they do good work and are respectful . but it all begins in the front office, if you get treated like crap ,what do you expect ? i have heard a lot of talk among the folks around town about how rude they are, i have now experience it myself
.i am a retired service manager for 25 years, a major automaker. the automaker has sent myself and all my staff to school and seminars all over the country, to learn how to deal with customers , both satisfied and irate customers . i have 5 star reviews from jd powers, Chrysler corp etc...i would never on my worst day treat my customers with that amount of disrespect . and i would never lasted that long at my job if i did.
in my opinion the office staff needs a major overhaul to get on track again, without the customers , there's no business !
