Everything went well the mechanics jeff and nino are so good at what they do.no guess work.

I contacted Tom's about the problem with my SUV and they were great to deal with. We scheduled a time to look at the vehicle and within an hour they called me with details about the problems and a fair estimate. In a few hours I picked up the vehicle and it was driving well. Tom's also pointed out some other minor issues that they said should be addressed at some point, but were not urgent. They gave me a written estimate for the additional work and I'll be going back to have them perform the repairs in the nxt couple of months.

They are honest. I recommend them to others. They are located in the neighborhood and that matter to me. I feel their prices are reasonable. There was on issue my husband had and he went back to them and they fixed it for him.

We have always been very pleased with them. Tom is honest. There was a car and I had no idea what to do with, everything was wrong with it. I took it to him and he suggested that I trade it for a new one. He doesn’t do unnecessary things to make money. He is always willing to help the consumer to make them understand what the options are and what he can do to make it better. I have never had any problems here.
