Terrible

I spoke with Chris by phone on 8/20 and followed up with an e-mail with the specifics of the work we needed done. He was at our house on 8/22 to provide us with an estimate. He very clearly explained his pricing and his warranty and made sure we were happy with his price. He was available to start work on 9/4 and arrived as promised. The work was completed this morning 9/5 and it looks amazing. The kitchen was left clean and neat. MANY THANKS!

When I called Chris, he was both very polite (in a southern polite way) and very responsive. He came to look at the project and gave me a very reasonable estimate and told me the materials to get. Weeks later when I was ready he emailed and phoned in response to my email and we set a time for him to come and start the job. When he first arrived it turned out I did not have all the materials to do the job the way I wanted. He told me what I needed and left (not charging for his time). He later came back and completed the job very well, for what I considered a very good price. He was one of the most responsive, polite and patient tradesmen I have worked with. I strongly recommend him on every level. Occasionally he was 45 minutes later than planned, but he called to explain he was stuck in traffic.
