 + -1 moreMr. Gulla is wonderful. He is sensitive to design a solution that I wanted, rather than one he thought would be better (though he offered me various options to choose from). He offered to work with the contractor to control costs and monitor work progress, but I wasn't in need of this service. However, I see that having this service is extremely useful. He is used to working with contractors and knows how to handle the complications that sometimes arise.
Description of Work: Mr. Gulla designed a solution for reconfiguring the front hallway of my condo, which was not an easy task. He met with me and the contractor periodically to ensure that the work was proceeding as planned and to answer any contractor questions.
