Pope Associates, Inc. specializes in the inspection of older homes for buyers who desire an inspector with a critical eye, integrity, independence and clarity. Dale Pope, President of the company, has personally inspected 10,000 buildings since 1978. He has considerable experience examining historic or architecturally significant homes, mansions, estates and farms for discriminating buyers. Pope's work has been covered by numerous professional and general circulation publications and he has conducted educational seminars for fire chiefs, firefighters, contractors and municipal health and building officials. He is a member of the National Fire Protection Association, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, and is a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. A Registered Home Inspector in MA, he is also licensed by the MA Department of Public Safety as a Construction Supervisor
