House Cleaning
We dealt with a company rep by the name of Samara, who was very sweet. However, the team had to return to our house, three times to complete the job, which was not very extensive, to begin with. They were more than 30 minutes late, each of those times. They did a good job on the basement and fridge, no complaints there. However, When we inspected the windows, they were streaked and the trim was not clean. We had to point out the dirty areas on the windows to them a number of times. And finally, when they left the house after the third visit, they left the back door not only unlocked, but wide open, when we were not returning home from work for hours. We were quite disappointed.
