Owner was a very nice man, however he did not seen to have thorough wireless knowledge. He did business by phone with other clients while on the clock at my home, and seemed unable to concentrate. Spent time reading manuals, which I could have done. The main issue was that he did not check his work before leaving, and I was left with problems required a second company to fix. I would never call him again.

Technician came to my house and tried to see if he could fix it here but it just had too many problems. He had to take it home to fix it.

I think that they did the impossible and got the information that I thought was lost forever. I think the price was cheap for what he did. He arrived on time and was efficient.
