Two items were undone, replacing a faulty light socket in an outside
light post and repairing an electric heater. The worker threw the circuit breakers
to disconnect both until the work could be completed.  A full year later
Steve Noble has been to our home twice yet nothing has been done by his
company to finish the repairs or to schedule the installation of LED
puck lights.  Highly personable but not professional.  Definitely not
recommended for smaller jobs.

They were great, nice people. It got delayed but I think everything got delayed in the month of June because we had so much rain so they couldn't do outside work so it wasn't their fault but they came in and they did it. They picked up after themselves. They went too quick on returning phone calls but I know he was trapped at that time because he had people sick in his office and he was doing it.

They were prompt.

Noble Jerry Electricians came when he said he would. That is very important to me. He was very neat and cleaned up well. I thought his price was very reasonable, but I don't remember what it was for sure. I would have no problem recommending his services.

I LIKED THEM PERSONALLY AT FIRST, BUT I''VE INCREASINGLY COME TO REALIZE THAT THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN MANY OTHER CONTRACTORS - ONCE THEY HAVE THE BULK OF THEIR MONEY, THEY DON''T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT FINISHING YOUR JOB. VERY UNSATISFYING.

I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, AND SOME OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT. BUT TOWARDS THE END OF THE PROJECT - WITH A GOOD DEAL LEFT TO FINISH - THEY HAVE BECOME DECREASINGLY RESPONSIVE, SENDING THEIR LAZIEST WORKER ALONE TO THE JOB, AND BILLING ME FOR WORK NOT YET COMPLETED. THEY ALSO INSTALLED A NUMBER OF FIXTURES I NEVER ASKED FOR (AND BILLED ME FOR THEM), AND - WHETHER CLERICAL ERROR OR NOT - TRIED TO CHARGE ME A COUPLE OF THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR MOVING THE SERVICE... WHICH THEY NEVER DID. HAD THEY PROVEN MORE RESPONSIVE NOW NEAR THE END OF THIS ADMITTEDLY PROTRACTED JOB, I'D BE MORE INCLINED TO GIVE THEM A BETTER RATING. I WANT TO LIKE THEM BETTER, SINCE THEY DO SEEM TO DO GOOD WORK, BUT THEY ARE MAKING IT HARD.
