Awful! Sales people don't know what they are doing - despite repeated requests (in writing) to double check the order with the factory they got the wrong parts - cost us thousands of dollars. And then they lied about it. They finally replaced the part but only after I went to the owner and proved the salesman had falsified documents to cover his mistakes. They didn't even fire the bum. I would NEVER do business with this company again.
