+ -1 moreThey were horrible. They charged me a ridiculous amount. The quality of the work, the follow up and the communication were all poor. We first talked to one person and then to another and then with the third person; it was three brothers and it was ridiculous. This is our second winter our heater still does not work right and air conditioning is not working right. Even the tiles and the roof are not done as well as we would want them. The trim on house has nails showing every 12 inches around the entire house. I have never seen such a shabby work. They said that we won’t even notice those nail heads. I tell other people not to use them.
Description of Work: Ellis Co remodeled our house from September 2009 to September 2010.
