Description of Work: I've had numerous experiences with Earl over the years, all positive. I am in a (for me) new home, and have been bothered by three not so perfect locks installed by the contractor. Earl came out on very short notice and fixed the entire problem. He's well known in the Cape Ann community and is definitely worth a call.

 + -1 moreEarl changed all five of the locks in our newly purchased home to get them onto one new key. He swapped out pieces to get rid of an old deadbolt, made everything secure, and was super nice. Our realtor recommended Earl and we were so happy she did. He was quick, professional, and affordable. We will use him again in the future for any lock needs.

 + -1 moreI called Earl when I found my lock broken and couldn't get in to my home at 6:30 on a cold Friday night. He came out right away and got me inside and replaced my lock. He was very pleasant and professional and didn't charge extra for coming out so late and at such short notice. I will definitely call him again if I have any other lock-related issues in the future.
Description of Work: Removed a broken lock and installed a new one.
