Plumbing
I had a tenant calling very uptight that she had no hot water coming from a Rheem gas install hot water unit. It was showing a code 13 which a bit of research on the web suggested major trouble and most likely replacement. I contacted Bruce about 6:00 PM on a Tuesday and asked if he would be able to take a look. He came over in about an hour. He investigated it that evening, went home did a bit of research and repaired it the next morning. Between some information from the tenant and his research, he determined that it was a clogged intake filter. He fixed it for a modest sum of money and saved a substantial amount of money had it needed to be replaced.
Bruce has done a number of jobs for me in the past including all new plumbing for a two family rehab. I'm surprised he is not listed on Angie's list and thought I should put him on.
