They same some people are just meant to do the job they're doing...That's Jameson at Another Level Inspection. He is with out a doubt the most thorough, acknowledgeable, friendly, professional in the business. We arrived at our future home and Jameson was already on the roof. Meanwhile our relator said she hadn't seen an inspector be so thorough in 20 years. Jameson took lots of photos, which he later sent us in a detailed report of things that needed attention, including but not limited to things that would need attention 10 years from now. I still refer to that email. My husband is not handy, to say the least. Jameson taught me things about our house that day that are still helpful now, and showed me the ins and outs and every kook and cranny of the property. He really made us feel good about the purchase we were about to make and what to expect. I very much enjoy following ALI social media pages to see his posts about particular finds and what he has going on. After spending our inspection with Jameson, even in this market we would NEVER skip a home inspection. We would recommend ALI to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

Jameson was excellent - very easy to get in touch with & communicate with. Incredibly thorough inspections (Jameson did inspections at two locations for us). Explains issues and answers questions clearly and is very patient. Highly recommended.

As a first time home buyer, we were nervous about our inspection. Jameson took his time to not only analyze what he saw, but explain things in terms we could understand. He was punctual, clear, and very thorough. His report was easy to read with color coding, photographs, and descriptipns. Jameson was more than willing to discuss the report with us and help us understand each piece. He was invaluable in this process and we will definitey use him again in the future!
