Alfredo diagnosed the problem. We determined it would be too expensive to fix and decided to replace instead of repair. He also offered great insight based on his experience on which types of refrigerators he thought would likely be most reliable. He was a really nice guy and I’d definitely call him again.

Alfredo checked the unit throughly for cleaning it to then methodically ckecked all the possible parts that could have caused the the malfunction. Only going to the main / very costly computer last. Unfortunately for me this was the culprit. I will use Alfredo for future appliance problems. He arrived promptly was courteous, neat and left the work area clean when he departed

Very well. He checked out the appliance and it was old. As the parts needed were no longer available, we had to get a new one. He gave me some very good advice on which dishwasher to buy, we did so and are very happy with it. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
