I hired this company to perform weekly lawn maintenance at a fixed rate. What I ended up getting were services that I never agreed to and a very large bill for 2 fall cleanups (in one month) fertilization, aeration, etc... I never provided written authorization, requested price quotes or discussed these services.. When discussing these issues the owner became argumentative and heavy handed. While I am not interested in free services, I should certainly be given the opportunity to approve and see pricing before hand. This was a horrible situation for me and one that I've never experienced before
