Lisa, the Customer Service Representative was exceptional. She was very friendly and attentive to my questions. She also provided me with very good directions and when I did get lost (because I chose not to follow her directions but rather my GPS), she helped me get to my destination very simply and quickly. Once I got to the site, the technician took the boxes out of my car and put them through the commercial shredder on the truck in front of me. It took less than 5 minutes and cost only $10.Although Groveland/Georgetown is a bit far, if you have just a couple of boxes of documents you need to shred, it's worth the trip.
