Description of Work: Shredded financial docs (cancelled checks, bank statements) going back over 50year s, much more than we could do alone. They came with a large rolling bin, came into the house, and soon all that sensitive paper was gone. Well done!

 + -1 moreLisa, the Customer Service Representative was exceptional. She was very friendly and attentive to my questions. She also provided me with very good directions and when I did get lost (because I chose not to follow her directions but rather my GPS), she helped me get to my destination very simply and quickly. Once I got to the site, the technician took the boxes out of my car and put them through the commercial shredder on the truck in front of me. It took less than 5 minutes and cost only $10.Although Groveland/Georgetown is a bit far, if you have just a couple of boxes of documents you need to shred, it's worth the trip.
Description of Work: I had 2 boxes of documents I needed to shred and I did not want to leave those in a secure bin with Staples or OfficeMax to be shredded at a later date by Iron Mountain. In other words, I wanted to get the job done myself and I wanted to make sure that when I walked away from the site all documents were destroyed. This is the 2nd time I have worked with Universal Shredding. The first time, I had them stop by the house and shred 8 boxes of documents on site. The price was very reasonable. I believe it was less than $80. This time I needed to actually drive to the site because the vendor will not come to you for less than 6 boxes of shredding unless you pay a certain fee which I did not want to do.
