Matt's very responsive as far as returning phone calls and good about showing up when he says he's going to show. He gets the work done and does a good job in the process. I have confidence in his work. He seems very fair as well.

We recently moved into our home and wanted to install a utility sink in the basement. Also, we wanted to change the shutoff on our washing machine so that we would not have to worry about flooding in our basement if the hoses burst while we are away from home. Matt took care of both jobs for us. He was very prompt and kept his appointment time, also he was very neat and cleaned up the work area when he was done. I found his manner to be very polite and professional. He listened to our concerns and offered recommendations as to how we could best make the changes. I would highly recommend his services!
