Jet Development and Construction

John said he would repair my deck with new planks and new braces. He did neither! He used my old wood-turned it upside down-and replaced it. The entire structure he replaced now has an 8 bow in the middle, and getting worse. He refuses my attempts to reach him, after sending over a dozen emails. He came once, said he would let me know what he could do, then ghosted me! It is been almost 3 weeks since he was here, and it seems he has no intention of doing ANYTHING! I would never consider working with him again! He has no integrity or pride in what he does. Please BEWARE!

John helped us selecting materials for the project and made extremely useful suggestions on how to improve the structure so that it is more usable and esthetically pleasing.
