My contractor brought them in as a sub so I didn't directly hire them but was very pleased with their work.  The only minor issue was some confusion as to exactly what day they were going to show up.  Very efficient.  Crew of 5 got here, removed roof and put new one on in under a day.  Excellent site cleanliness.  Didn't have loud music playing as some contractors do.  Would recommend.

They were good. So far it has been good but I would not be able to get there and check the roof. They had a couple of areas off and they had a couple of leaks that they have hopefully corrected. I have not had any problems. It seemed like they did a good job. Their pricing was very good. I had some other service provider quote for the same job and their price was twice the amount but with some more materials in doing the same thing. Their quality seemed good as the problem did not recur. They came when they said that they would come. They did the chimney cap for less than what the other service provider had quoted. Even $1000 seemed like a lot but it was the most reasonable quote that I got. They obviously had some other overhead costs like the liability insurance for which I got all the documents from them and so I knew that they were covered. So, obviously those costs factor in. I thought that $1100 was more than reasonable.

So far they have done a good job. Their price was the most reasonable. They were fine. They were on time. I asked for their insurance information, and they provided that right away. They were responsive. They explained what they were doing. They finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. So far we have not had any problems. Their price was actually considerably lesser than the other companies. The quality of work they did is good, and I am saying this because we have not had any leaking problems. I think the problem has been taken care of. They were very responsive. They called and set up an appointment when they came to give me a quote. They sent me the information that I needed and also sent me the estimation quickly. They came when they said they would. They were punctual as well. I will definitely use them in the future.

This was a big job and I think the price was very fair. When he realized that this job was more complicated than he had anticipated, he did not charge extra. The same was true when he worked for my neighbor, so I think he demonstrates integrity.
