The owner actually took care of us herself. She took care of two cats while we were away on vacation for about week-and-a-half. She left notes with the information about how the stay went. We were very happy when we got home with how the way things went. She also watched the house while we were gone. With five visits, it costs $90 total. I was happy with what they provided. They could probably do better on their responsiveness.

Great services provided, I will definitely use them again! I met with Pam and Patrick the week before to review everything and go over Miss Kitty's habits and favorite hiding spaces. Patrick did a great job and I came home to a very content and well taken care of cat. They also will bring in mail, newspapers, water plants and turn on lights, etc. so the house looks lived in while you are away. They left a detailed checklist for every visit and a note regarding how Miss Kitty did for each visit so I would know when I got home. Very thorough and professional company that I recommend to anyone looking for a pet sitter in their home. Thanks Pam and Patrick for doing such a good job that I can spend time away and not worry about how Miss Kitty is doing!!

Went great. Came home to 2 happy cats and a daily log of how it went. Donald even brought in our recycling bins. I felt confident leaving our cats in their care. Will definitely use again.

I will say their price was incredibly cheaper than boarding our cats. They were so professional, paid much attention to detail, and were very accommodating to my needs. I really liked that they were local and I felt very comfortable using them. I really trusted them. I would definitely use them again in the future. I would not have found them if it were not for Angie's List.

I think we found them on Angie's list. They came and did an interview with us and they seemed very nice so we decided to use them. They are very friendly. They were excellent. They came in twice a day and watered our plants and took care of our cats. They left a detailed report of what they did daily for us. They are fair about what they cost. One of my cats is elderly and they were able to administer the medication to him. If you have a pet that is elderly or has special needs they would be good. They were very thorough.

We thought we hired a dog walker that actually took our dog for a walk around 12/1pm. Come to find out, the dog walker did not show up until 3pm. Also when she got there she was supposed to take her for a walk for 30minutes, but took her outside, let her go to the bathroom and left within 10 minutes.

This is unacceptable. Our dog goes in her crate at 7:15am and needs to be relieved by 12/1pm. To show up at 3 and then not even take her for a walk. I can't even believe it. We trusted this company with our dog and let them in our home.
Now we will be weary with any other dog walker we hire because of Brandywood pet care.

Brandy is very professional,great with animals, has nice,friendly employees.

Brandy is a wonderful pet sitter. We have used her for years to take care of our dog and two cats when we travel. She has also come to give our dog walks and dinner when we have had to work late. Our dog had chronic health problems, and Brandy always went above and beyond to ensure that she was well cared for! She leaves detailed reports at each visit, and the pets always seem to be happy when we get back. We never worry when Brandy is taking care of things, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

We have never met a more professional and caring cat sitter than Brandy in all our years of cat "parenthood." Brandy is very organized and methodical making sure to know everything needed to take good care of beloved pets. Unlike cat sitters we have had in the past, she actually makes sure the cats get love and attention along with her other sitting duties (feeding, scooping, etc.) and we appreciate the journal she leaves for us noting how the cats did daily. I really respect Brandy's ability to problem solve on her own as well. Once while we were away on vacation, Brandy noticed that one of our cats was not eating very well, so she came up with a brilliant solution that we ended up adopting since it worked so well. (She thinks on her feet!). Whenever we have to leave our kitties for a vacation, we feel relief that they our boys will be in the very best hands. Brandy is that rare gem--someone who takes her job very seriously and does it extremely well.

Brandy made friends with our shy dog immediately; I felt safe letting the dog go with her. She was flexible about adding or dropping a day, as our schedule changed. She has a team of six so can cover a number of communities. I first met her when she was walking another dog on our street--and it's great to have her available, now that we have a dog of our own.

They don't usually service this area but since we were flexible on what time she would come to feed them she went ahead and did it. She came out and then told us she would do this vacation and let us know, and didn't just say no I can't do that. She was very nice. I noticed when the cat we had put down was loosing weight she noticed too and left me a note. She went above and beyond. She fed, watered, and changed the litter box.

She is super reliable and is even willing to give our cat his sub-q treatment for kidney disease. Our dog loves Brandy and the cats don't even realize we were gone when we return home from a long trip. I cannot imagine going on vacation without having Brandy available.

Fantastic. Brandy left a detailed journal of times visited, the state of mind of our dog, etc. and took very good care of her. We also had a last minute change of plans that caused us to come back a day early; Brandy accommodated our change, and made a special visit to our house to drop off the key. Superior service!

They did a good job taking care of my 2 dogs while I was out of town. I searched for a good company for sometime and I couldn't find anyone that I felt was good enough to do it. I finally found them on Angie's List and that reassured me that using this company would be OK. It was just a little more money to have them come here but it was worth it. I am not sure exactly how much they charged me for doing this.

Brady was quick to respond to my request. She came to me home for an initial visit and I was very impressed. She took to our dogs right away. She was easy to talk to and VERY organized. She also took the time to come back again with the specific person that would be walking our dogs. Our dogs and very important to us and would not trust them (or our house) to just anyway. I have been nothing but pleased with the service and strongly recommend.

You can tell in an instant how much Brandy loves animals! From the moment she walked in the door at our first meeting, my Golden Retriever was in love. However, due to the growth in Brandy's company, she has hired several additional dog walkers to provide services for her company. Initially I was nervous, but I shouldn't have been. Brandy's standards are quite high, and our dog walker Karen has been very professional and thorough. I really appreciate how flexible Brandy and her staff are. We have called several times on short notice for help with walking our dog, and she has always come through for us. Brandy also does all the overnight pet-sitting for her company. She will either have your pet at her home, or stay overnight in your own home. We feel her fees for this service are quite reasonable, particularly given the love and care she shows our dog. A kennel will never be an option for our family, as long as Brandy is around!

Brandy is amazing. Without her, we could never go on vacation. We had a miserable experience with a pet sitter that failed to show up even though we were paying her. With Brandy we know that would never happen. We use Brandy many times a year to take care of our many animals and are impressed with how much she cares for our animals. She leaves a detailed report for us each time she comes to visit and will always contact us if there is an emergency.

BRANDY IS EXTREMELY RELIABLE, AND MAKES US FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING OUR TWO LARGE DOGS IN HER CARE. WE HAVE HAD NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH PETSITTERS, AND WERE RELUCTANT ABOUT A NEW SERVICE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WHEN WE CAME HOME UNEXPECTEDLY AFTER PLANS WERE CANCELED, TO FIND HER AT THE HOUSE AS SCHEDULED, PLAYING WITH THE DOGS AND TO LEARN FROM NEIGHBORS THAT SHE HAD BEEN THERE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. ON EACH VISIT, SHE STAYED FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR, AND LEFT A DETAILED LOG ABOUT WHAT OCCURRED DURING HER VISITS, AND TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. LITTLE THINGS SHE DID DURING HER VISITS WITH THE PUPS SUCH AS WASHING OUT THEIR FOOD BOWLS AFTER FEEDING DEMONSTRATED SHE CARED AS MUCH ABOUT OUR PUPS AS WE DO (SHE EVEN SENT THEM A BIRTHDAY CARD!). THE DOGS WERE COMPLETELY NORMAL AS IF WE JUST GOT HOME FROM A DAY OF WORK WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME FROM A LONG WEEKEND. WE WOULD RECOMMEND BRANDYWOOD TO ANYONE, AND HAVE EVEN SCHEDULED SEVERAL TRIPS NOW THAT WE TRUST SOMEONE WITH OUR PUPS.
