Free diagnosis on the spur of moment. Ordered parts took a few days. Repair went quickly. Very courteous and highly responsive to calls.

Was referred to them and they came as advertised. Very responsive and explained the repairs in detail. Price for the job was close to the dealership I went to in the past. Based on my first experience i'll be using them for repairs in the future. I'd recommend anyone in the area begin using Band B for their repair work.

They are excellent. They are efficient, very professional and their estimate is usually spot-on; you can consider their estimate a quote. They have a quick turn-around; the longest my car has ever been there has been 24 hours. They are trustworthy.

I was doing a brake job on my wife's car and noticed and quot;somethingand quot; loose. Researching on the internet proved more difficult than expected, so I looked on AL for a repair shop near my house (I always try to shop local!). Band B had a couple of solid reports, so I called.
Mark took the call and walked me through everything he would do based on what I described. He gave me a rough idea of the cost and was able to put me on his calendar for the next day. They have a key drop, so I could wait until after work.
I phoned near the end of the day and the work had been done and the car was ready for pick up. When I picked it up, the front office was polite and easily processed payment. The final cost was less than the amount Mark told me over the phone.
He stepped away from the phone to answer a question about my other car and actually referred me to another shop with more appropriate tools and facility.
They will definitely get my business again!

They gave me a complete list of everything recommended by Honda and a complete list of everything they serviced. They were thorough and honest. We go there all the time. Great people.

I would like to give them an A overall as an organization. I go to another people also in town, but these people are much better. Auto people have a reputation of saying one thing and doing another thing. These people are not like that. They are very upfront and forthright. I really haven't had any major issues from about a year. I haven't gone there; but I will be going for an oil change. They are good. You can go there and they will get the work done on time. The people, who work there, are very good. The only issue that I would have is, my problem and their problem; in the sense that I'm the guy who doesn't talk much and gets straight to work. They are still pleasant. They don’t get frustrated. I can’t see anything that they have done badly. I'm going to drop my car there, tonight or in the morning. I will be using them shortly.

They do great work and have great service. They work with warranties. I have been going there for about 3 years. They are very reasonably prices. I would recommend them to others.
