Route 2 Fence

It was difficult for Tim Strunk to show up as promised but he did complete the picket fence project and I paid him in full. Since that project went okay I asked Tim to replace some broken vinyl gates.  He stated he had far supior gates that cost more but would last us for years and look great.  I paid him in advance and it took him nearly a year to hang the gates, but did not put hardware back on. I called to ask him to come complete the job over the next six months.  He would always make excuses and promise to come but not show up.  Then one day out of the blue he showed up and took two gates and said he had to repair them at the shop.  There wasn't anything wrong with the gates.  Months went by and on a day he promised to reinstall the gates he sent men who ripped out side panel fencing and old posts and they left cement and broken posts on the ground and still no gates.  When he finally answered my call he said he was looking right at my gates at his place and would be by early next week to install them.

He stopped answering any e-mails and wouldn't answer my calls.  I still don't have gates and I almost lost one of our two dogs because of Tim Strunk.  He is no longer being a reputible company.  I have seen rip off reports and heard many complaints about Tim and his numerous company names--Mass Fence, Route2Fence, Bulldog Fence, etc.
I want my hard earned money returned or my gates returned.  I have lost hope of either now going on 3 years!!  If Angie's List can help me in any way I would appreciate it.Don't ever pay prior to anywork and don't hire Tim Strunk.
