I have been using Horrigan's for 10+ years. They are my go to when I need my carpets cleaned. Easy to reach, calls back promptly, honest, timely service, I can go on and on. I never call anyone else for carpet cleaning.

They picked up on day specified . I told them no hurry. They reinstalled and taped down edges to secure for walker. very pleasant and efficient guys.

The gentleman who came to the house was punctual, pleasant and very professional. Our tile floor looked brand new after he was done.

Can't say enough good things about this company. They answered my initial inquiry quickly and courteously and gave me a 100% accurate quote over the phone. A friendly crew came out and picked up my beast of a room size rug (16x16) to take back for thorough cleaning. Not sure what went on behind the scenes, but five years of dirt, spills and pet stains are gone, and the rug looks, feels and smells as good as new. I spent endless hours and hundreds of dollars renting machines and trying to do this myself, but I won't be doing that anymore. I was gone for several weeks for business and they held onto my rug and delivered it upon my return. There are not many companies with this kind of performance and integrity anymore. I am happy to give them a great report and any future cleaning business I may have.

Excellent from start to finish. Extremely responsive to calls and questions, provided expert advice, picked up and delivered the rugs exactly on schedule (even a little early) spent considerable time moving furniture and positioning the rugs and pads exactly as I wanted them and left me with a free bottle of spot cleaner. Very polite and professional.
