They're a great internet provider. They're really good. But they tell you one thing and then totally forgot them. They're like any big company now. They do what they're going to do and they don't care. For internet, it's a fairly basic package and phone cost is $139. It's a little pricey. The phone service is fine. I wish they would stop all of the sales phone calls. We get about 100 sales phone calls every regular phone call we get. They're terrible about that. I know that they can stop it if they wanted to. We've already registered with the government and everything trying to tell them to stop it but they won't. They're very good with responsiveness. If they said they were going to send us a new piece or whatever, they do it within a day, they're really very good with that. When they say they were going to do something they do it, they just forget it. They forget too often. They're the best we've ever found. I've used AT&T and Comcast and they are far better than those two for sure. You're just kind of stuck.

My bill was quite high. The customer service is really good. The only thing I don't like is that I'd like to be able to talk to somebody instead of calling a call center. But they're usually pretty good over the phone. The quality of service is good.

They were not able to deal with it as they didn't know if the problem was with their service or my cell phone. My overall experience with them has been fine.
