I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Bob Underwood this week. He did an outstanding job not only replacing my water heater but expertly guiding me through the process of extended warranty replacement with Home Depot. Bob even went as far as teaching me how to understand and use my new water heater. Most importantly, he explained how to perform preventative maintenance to extend it's life. That's "effort above and beyond the call of duty" in my book. Bob gets an A+ grade from me. I welcome him back any time and feel comfortable referring him to others.

He arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable about the heaters and the warranty process.  He quickly de-installed the leaking heaters and swapped them for new ones at Home Depot.  While there he ran into an issue as they didn?t have two 40 gallon heaters in stock, so he convinced them to give us two 50 gallon heaters instead.  He returned to my home and quickly installed the new heaters in a few hours.  We also asked him to take a look at a leaking drain pipe in the wall. He was able to find the leak and repair it in less than
an hour without destroying my walls and for a reasonable price. It?s a nice surprise to find a contractor that knows his craft, is a pleasure to work with and charges reasonable prices. Thanks Bob!

Bob of Underwood plumbing came by for a warranty call as our hot water heater decided not to work last night. There was some water on the floor coming out of the bottom of the hot water tank and I was unable to relight the pilot. Bob who came within 2 hours of first contact quickly analyzed the water issue as the drain faucet on exterior of the tank was slightly open and quickly tightened which solved the water issue. He then relit the pilot light and all was good. He could have easily claimed that the water leak was from a blown tank and had me replace the entire unit but he did not. He walked me through each step and answered all of my questions teaching me along the way. I highly recommend Bob and his company. I have $95.00 as the price covered by the warranty but this would have been his charge. He was in and out in under an hour.
