RICK RETURNED OUR ORIGINAL CALL IN A MATTER OF A FEW MINUTES. HE CLEARLY ARTICULATED HIS RELATIONSHIP TO US AND HIS PROFESSIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT. HE TOLD US WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND THEN HE DID IT ALL. HIS REPORT TO US HELPED US TO AVOID UNNECESSARY COSTS TO REPAIR EXISTING DAMAGE AND DEFICIENCIES.
