Good experience. They use Dry Ice, not a lot of mold remediation companies use this technique without charging you big fees. Jim was the project manager that was in charge and came see out attic. I just wish thee would have used smaller dry ice pellets. Our attic looks great now!

They did a wonderful job and then had an inspector do an air test before they left to ensure there were no asbestos fibers left. The supervisor told me the exhaust fan box in the attic was in bad shape and took it apart in a contained environment to ensure nothing escaped into the attic and treated the area. Not something that a general contractor would do!! I am having them come again this year to take up asbestos tile and mastic on my 1st floor level. I would never even consider using a different contractor.

TMC not only removed and replaced the garage window, they opened the wall cavity, HEPA vacuumed the cavity area, applied EPA approved disinfectant-cleaner-fungicide to interior surfaces and replaced shingles. Then they HEPA vacuumed the garage, took away old shelving and fogged the garage as a final precaution.
