roof cleaning
 + -1 moreThe entire roof had dark stains and also moss growing in the shaded areas. Roofbrite was able to complete the entire treating and cleaning process in a weekend and therefore didn't disrupt the tenants at all. The landscaping and grounds were untouched and everything was completed in a very professional manner. We have another commercial property that needs the roof treated and cleaned and we will be hiring Roofbrite for that job as well.
Description of Work: Roofbrite Inc. treated and power washed the entire Morgan Stanley commercial building that we own.

RoofBrite Inc. offers the following services: We clean roofs of ugly black stains, lichen, and moss. We also paint interior/exterior of businesses and residences (32 years experience). Most work performed using aerial lift when site allows.
We do not repair roofs or fix leaks. Roof must be sound and free of leaks for us to do our job. We do not guarantee against skylight leakage, but all efforts made to prevent issues with skylights.
