So glad Mr Reardon came out.....no interruption of my day at any time. He did an initial adjustment just to get an immediate decrease in the noise level until other parts were ordered. He just did the work quickly and solved my problem without any issues. I'd recommend him to anyone, he knows what he's doing. I wish I'd known about him in the first place, I'd have had him install the ductless units the right way the first time. The other company just abandoned me, never got back to me to help with this problem that they created....telling me they didn't hear any noise, but installed some gaskets to help, but then when I informed them the noise was still happening, they never bothered to return my calls from then on. Mr Reardon called me immediately and came out right away to assess the problem. He kept me updated every step of the way, I never had to "hound" him to call me etc. Great company, efficient and accommodating.

Work was completed quickly - 10 mins, and the A/C was back on line. The problem was an example of serious price gouging for an inexpensive part: $125 for a $20-$30 part (available everywhere) Reardon was called repeatedly to find out why this happened and to inquire if there had been a mistake. Left voicemail, sent email - never got a return call. I scraped the Reardon decals off the A/C units - I will never use them again. Bad way to do business and I have let everyone I know how bad this experience was.

In my emergency situation Christoper and Tom could not have been more responsive. They went over the list of options and answered my many questions. They helped me select not only my new furnace but the various options for that furnace. I also decided to replace my very old a/c coil and compressor and they were equally helpful with those decisions. Christopher measured the dimensions and other various aspects of my house to insure proper sizing of my heating and cooling units. This is an important step that the installer of my previous furnace did not perform. Christopher performed the actual installation of the furnace, the humidifier, the a/c components and the new high-end thermostat. Not only did he perform the work on time and on budget but he did the kind of job you would hope every contractor in your home would do. The work was neat, clean and thorough (see pictures below). He went above and beyond and fixed existing problems such as PVC piping with sharp angles, leaking ducts and other problems not directly related to the installation. Christopher spent time with me to explain all the features of the new computerized thermostat. Finally, the paperwork I needed from them to apply for loans and rebates was very well prepared and arrived in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the whole process. I have had some bad experiences with HVAC people but Reardon HVAC definitely is one of my best experiences with home contractors ever and I can't recommend them more highly.
