He was great. I expected a delay due to being peak season and my first time for services. He called within the day of my email. He tried to fit me in over the weekend and called each day to let me know what was up. He came out at 8am on Monday. He was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed it right then. Had the right parts in his truck. He was considerate and answered my many questions. The pump is working great now four days later. Very pleased with the work and price. Thanks Matt.

Matt is great. Very prompt and customer focused. Service was done to my satisfaction. Had a minor issue with my equipment and Matt was quick to answer my call and guide me through resolution even though it had nothing to do with the service done. I will continue to use Pool Pals
