 + -1 moreThe cost was included as part of the manufacturer's warranty. The cost, once I run out of my warranty, would be a "B". It took about 45 minutes to perform the oil change. The workers were very hospitable, very professional, very informative. They were great. There is nothing that I can think of off the top of my head for them to improve.

 + 1 moreI don't feel like they're gouching me or anything like that if they tell me I need an extra stuff after an oil change. We've gone i there for an oil change. They're friendly and efficient. They're a Dodge dealership for my new car but I have two Toyotas so they take care of those. I don't usually have to wait too long, they'll come out and explain why.
Description of Work: They did an inspection. I had to get some bodywork done on a car for safety reasons. It was to another company within their group.

 + -1 moreThey were very thorough. They did address or evaluate the problem. Their communication was really good. They did tell me what the problem was and what they intended to do about it. They were relatively quick. I didn't have to leave the car. I think within a two hour period my car was serviced and ready to go. I've never been pressurized to buy anything from them. Compared to other places even though they were very good, I have a high standard so A would be for the one who is excellent. Their price was fair. The quality was very good. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I took my vehicle into Planet Jeep to have them do a routine maintenance check. They did an oil change and changed all of the filters. They also did a major engine tune-up. They fixed the third-row seatbelt by replacing the whole unit.
