This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a service company.  They took the mower promptly, but never returned our calls to tell us what the problem was.  We had to keep calling them back, hoping that someone would be there to answer the phone.  Once we found out that the battery was the problem, they told us that the battery was on backorder and would take "a few days" to get.  Again, we never rec'd any status calls from them, we had to keep trying to call when someone would actually answer the phone.  We were promised at least 3 different dates from them on when our mower would be returned, and it never happened.  It took 5-6 weeks for our mower to return, and when it did come back we were charged for a full service, which we did not ask them to do.  We will never use them again, and I will go out of my way to tell others of my negative experience with this company.  The one explanation that was offered for their poor service was due to someone being ill.
